Lovely Sparkling Chardonnay. The interesting name pays tribute to a lovely addition to the wine family. Beautiful straw color in the glass of light bubbles. Bouquet of Granny Smith apples, asian pear, minerals and lime-aid. The light body of soft bubbles reveals fresh fruit of green apple, pear, saline, and jolly rancher green apple. A refreshing sparkling wine to cleanse the palate for some Benedetto Red Blend. Cheers my friends!
